Sweet Home New Orleans’ Board of Directors is made up of 6 individual members, including President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer positions. Directors are not paid. SHNO’s Board of Directors is responsible for financial oversight, establishing policy, soliciting support, and steering the overall direction for the organization. Directors are nominated through a Governance Committee of the Board and, if voted for membership, hold 2-year terms. The Board meets quarterly at a minimum, with Committees meeting more frequently.
